Rapid Inventory Customer Insights

1. How to reinstall the app for unlimited version.Every thing is fine but trial version quantity should be atleast 200 items.Great app, would be even better with a location fieldPlz add Item photo column with it to make it more usefulOur company has been using this app (unlimited version) for the past few months and there were initially no issues.

2. Image to Google sheets should be supported by now!The menu is black text on a very dark grey backgoud.... Why does.it need acxess.to my contacts? It's just a suck you in for money application...I have purchased unlimited version.

3. The only Share options available are existing phone memory and google doc...! There are hundreds of inventory apps available on Play with useless interfaces, but almost all of them has Config Backup and big selection of share options available.

4. We could roll-out this app on entire fleet as its good for what it does, unfortunately you would need to manually configure every single app, create required fields etc and then hope for app not to break.

5. Unfortunately options like configuration Backup/Restore, general Share options (email, dropbox etc) does not exist.

6. I hope this review will encourage Tec-It to improve their services.The app is only good when in operation collecting data etc.

7. And yes you still trying to sell it for £30... There is no much difference between free and paid app apart from item count.. Yes, I have paid, checked and requested refund.

8. But i need to know if it's possible to scan for exemple the item and automatically add 1 quantity.I'm surprised this app has a rating below 4.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Rapid Inventory Issues

1. Fix Rapid Inventory Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Rapid Inventory: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Rapid Inventory App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rapid Inventory" » Open Rapid Inventory » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rapid Inventory » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Rapid Inventory app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rapid Inventory servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rapid Inventory" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Rapid Inventory app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rapid Inventory might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Rapid Inventory. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rapid Inventory then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rapid Inventory not working


2. Fix Rapid Inventory Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rapid Inventory be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rapid Inventory not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rapid Inventory may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
