1. At least you could make it so it doesn't kill my battery by constantly running in background and using location non stop.

2. It works fine, and opens doors when I need it to, but the major drawback is that it's a major battery drain if you let it run in the background (i.e. no battery optimization).

3. I don't need to give my headphones permission to my location yet they work fine over Bluetooth.We use this app for daycare access.

1. Restart Avigilon Alta Open: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Avigilon Alta Open App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Avigilon Alta Open" » Open Avigilon Alta Open » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Avigilon Alta Open » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Avigilon Alta Open app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Avigilon Alta Open servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Avigilon Alta Open" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Avigilon Alta Open app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Avigilon Alta Open might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Avigilon Alta Open. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Avigilon Alta Open then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Avigilon Alta Open not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Avigilon Alta Open be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
