1. It's a free app!! and easy to use.Great if you haven't got a flatbed scanner and have come to realize how difficult it is to get a good, level and sqared photo of your old photos.Would not work, it use to work very good but it just stopped.

2. Very good quality and helpful since albumcovers aren't always easy to find! Properly align the cover so you don't have to rotate the image afterwards.Illogical menu choices Nothing intuitive and strange adverts interrupting attempts to find out what it could do and how to work it.

3. The ability to grab the fours corners (90%) good and able to warp (make the picture in proper perspective) the image is a great.

4. Doesn't take much storage & would've fit on my old phone which only had 2GB free (it had 10GB used up & couldn't be removed, coming with the phone) so if it'll fit on that junk phone, itll fit on yours.Great free app; it has a lot of neat features.

1. Fix Photo Scan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Photo Scan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photo Scan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photo Scan" » Open Photo Scan - Quisquee » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photo Scan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photo Scan - Quisquee app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photo Scan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photo Scan - Quisquee" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photo Scan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photo Scan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photo Scan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photo Scan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photo Scan not working

2. Fix Photo Scan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photo Scan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Photo Scan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Photo Scan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
