Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Scan3D Issues
1. Fix Scan3D Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Scan3D: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Scan3D App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Scan3D" » Open Scan3D » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Scan3D » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Scan3D app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Scan3D servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Scan3D" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Scan3D app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Scan3D might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Scan3D. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Scan3D then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Scan3D not working
2. Fix Scan3D Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Scan3D be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Scan3D not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Scan3D may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
