1. SO FIX YOUR 360 LITE APP!!!!!! Thank you....this was a good app, but the thing these devs don't tell you is the truth that we really don't need these apps, Android already controls its ram management, and when you start using an app like this is a slows done your device or make it less efficient every time you clean unnecessarily, uninstall all the cleaning apps on your device and see if it doesn't work better, tm it does.i really used to like 360 lite and didn't mind the adds.. But now with the adds that come on and will run at hi volume for a pre set time, no stopping it.

2. Enabling smart lock/smart boost will turn on your phone screen each time when the battery charging process commences, completes and upon receiving a notification, causing the phone temperature to rise especially when placed in a handbag.

I am losing my desire to continue with it.I use the regular version of this app normally on my devicesbut if I'm ever loved one's face the light version is just as good and a lot less space you for the phone.this is an app I would recommend anybody gets on whatever device they have just depending on how much space you have is which version is best for.It works well.

4. Secondly, I'm not sure which I prefer more, the pop up ads this app shows you every time you open your phone, or the settings screen in which you can choose to allow it to show those pop up ads that it forces open instead every time you open your phone.

To make matters worse, recently it started giving me messages that the app "unfortunately stopped" (a few times throughout the day) and i have to constantly boost.... looking for another app.It is a simple lightweight app more suitable for older phone that has a smaller RAM and a lower processing power.

7. The odds of getting a virus on your Samsung phone is slim to none as long as you're staying on the legal to semi-legal side of the internet.

8. And i find that if i uninstall the app that my phone runs faster and easier.

1. Fix Safe Security Lite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Safe Security Lite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Safe Security Lite App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Safe Security Lite" » Open Safe Security Lite - Booster, Cleaner, AppLock » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Safe Security Lite » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Safe Security Lite - Booster, Cleaner, AppLock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Safe Security Lite servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Safe Security Lite - Booster, Cleaner, AppLock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Safe Security Lite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Safe Security Lite might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Safe Security Lite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Safe Security Lite then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Safe Security Lite not working

2. Fix Safe Security Lite Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Safe Security Lite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Safe Security Lite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Safe Security Lite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
