3. This is a alarm system control app, not a hipster toy, it should have usability on first place.The alarm woke up my 2 year old son in the middle of the night because the home Ajax hub lost Internet connection for a few seconds.

If there is an alternative app then you would be advised to use it; but if you have an Ajax system, you're probably stuck with it!Great product, absolutely phenomenal support, and of course a solid app!
