Why should I report an Issue with Yonly - Safe & Private Internet?

1. —— I can't speak to the Malware/Crypto/Phishing/Fraud features since none of those things have been detected (no surprise for me).I just want to say that Yonly is a most exellant app!!! And they are associated with Bitdefender which is most exellant also!!! The 2 apps are GREAT security for the Android devices!!! So if you want impeccable security for your devices... well need I say more?!!! Thanks Yonly & Bit defender !!!!Worked great at first and was really happy with it but it decided out of nowhere to stop letting almost all my apps connect to the internet and let others work fine.

2. —— 2) The Profiler says I've spent 15 hours online today (literally the entire time from midnight until 3pm as I write this review), but I haven't done *anything* online today (no email, no web, no social, etc.), so Yonly must consider every connection of *any* kind (push notifications, system phone-homes) to be "time safely spent online," thus rendering the "time spent online" data pretty useless for the end user.

3. I have one request though: For active customers of various Bitdefender products, please give a special price for this app, it will be highly appreciated! Three questions though: If I use this app, I won't need to use any other VPN service, right? And secondly, do Bitdefender Android AV users (the paid ones) need to use this app too? Lastly, why doesn't this mask my IP address? One suggestion though: Improve battery optimisation and resource usage for this app.I really really like this.

4. As I said, I haven't been online at all today of my own volition, yet Yonly says today has seen 205 trackers, 228 targeted ads, and 363 domains.

5. This is a good app.I love how easy it is to use Yonly and the fact that you don't need to sign up for anything to get it running.

1. Fix Yonly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Yonly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yonly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yonly" » Open Yonly - Safe & Private Internet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yonly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yonly - Safe & Private Internet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yonly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yonly - Safe & Private Internet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yonly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yonly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yonly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yonly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yonly not working

2. Fix Yonly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yonly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yonly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yonly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
