1. Lost all my photos and videos.Few hours before its present on my phone but now when i start vault security or app lock enable imagine what happend i totaly lost vault app 😯hows its possibleim not able to see app on my screen dont know how that not enabled but its showing in my app list plz do something i kept my beautiful memories in that😔One can't have back his/her pictures and videos when uninstalled accidentally and installed backshe is the best when it comes to app lock ,videos,smses and private photosnot recover any video and pictures when's reset very bad please don't download anygood app when it works but the dialer isnt working on android pie.China app.

2. in 2017 i installed this application...at the i stored some piecturs in this application...few days ago i was try to install this application in my mobile..at the time it shows your device can not install this app due to version problem...what is the way to install in this app in my mobile...all ready i raised the complient to your developer team but no replay...will you please clear my issue.

1. Fix Security Plugin Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Security Plugin: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Security Plugin App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Security Plugin" » Open Security Plugin for Vault » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Security Plugin » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Security Plugin for Vault app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Security Plugin servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Security Plugin for Vault" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Security Plugin app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Security Plugin might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Security Plugin. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Security Plugin then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Security Plugin not working
