1. (Great app, but this is a major problem).The experience I had with this survey app was horrible!! I wasnt paid for most of the surveys that I completed or I was only paid a few cents and it says a certain amount of time to take the survey but once you get to the survey its twice as long and most of the time when you finish the survey it doesn't redirect you so you don't have any other choice but to cancel the survey and not get paidRecently discovered this app.

It also sends you to other sites and you fill out questionnaires and still you don't get paid.Easy surveys and easy to navigate.I would encourage more people to do this simple and straightforward surveys.I have heard a smooth encounter filling in surveysMany disqualified and broken surveys... Sometimes it's just waste of time...at least some point or something for the efforts... Another point... I don't like the way that needed to start by over on new when got out of the app during the Middle of the one working on...why not continue instead of wasting time...It was easy to navigate but it's hard to do surveys, it's either I'm disqualified or the surveys is broken.

Stay away from this app, it's a scam.It's a scam it doesn't actually pay but you can do survey for free I've requested a payment since 10 days regardless of that the app says it pays in 2 days and there's no support no matter how many times u try to reach them u won't get any answer If i could rate this app lower than 1 star i willThis app is a scam.
4. Feels like its cheating😕full survey deserves full payIt has been 4 months since I requested a cash out and they haven't paid me.
5. I am stuck at $6.99. I have completed several surveys and they reach the screen stating I finished and earned money, yet the balance does not change.
6. The daily check in is great and also allows you to earn a small amount, although small, it is effortless and will add up over time, so be patient.
7. Surveys run smoothly despite only paying minimal amounts (upwards of .50) but noticed that at the end of the surveys it wont close completely.
8. They don't reply to any of my of customer support emails in that time.
9. If you refresh the page it says the survey is complete.
10. Looking forward to my first reward and will update more on how I go with this survey app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CashCamel Issues
1. Fix CashCamel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart CashCamel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the CashCamel App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CashCamel" » Open CashCamel - Surveys for Cash » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CashCamel » click "UPDATE".
- Clear CashCamel - Surveys for Cash app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CashCamel servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CashCamel - Surveys for Cash" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check CashCamel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CashCamel might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall CashCamel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CashCamel then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CashCamel not working
2. Fix CashCamel Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CashCamel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CashCamel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CashCamel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
