1. It seems great at first, but after a few days you get little to no survey opportunities, and they take 20+ minutes to complete in the rare case that you actually get to complete it before getting "screened out." If you're looking for just extra pocket change, this is fine, but it is advertised to be so much moreGreat if your not screened out... which is likely, and time consuming.
2. There should be a better system ensuring that everyone who gets past the barrier of qualification for a survey can actually complete it.It started out good; there was a nice variety of surveys and I was able to get above 100 points pretty quickly.
3. Since my first cash-out, I haven't been able to complete a single survey and have only acquired 8 pity points.
4. No major problems to speak of except for the fact that surveys say 5 or 10 minutes but then changes to 25-30 which if I click on a short one it's because that's all the time I have so they really need to fix that.
5. UPDATE: Uninstalling because I'm getting through the entire survey and then screened out, before I can earn points.
6. It's been a huge waste of time.In the past hour I've done five surveys and all of them have failed because of technical issues.
7. The biggest issue is when I finish a survey and /the survey itself confirms that it is completed (and I was not screened out)/ but curious cat does not register it.
8. It can be pretty distressing to spend about thirty minutes getting screened out of every survey you try.
9. However it's very frustrating how many times I'll be deep into a long survey and it tells me a quota limit has been reached and they don't need mine anymore.
10. When I exit I mark it as broken but in only a few days having the app it had happened about 5 times for surveys that were 10+ minutes long.
11. #3 Trying to contact customer service is not an option, they never get back to you. This app has a nice interface and I like the pay conversion (they start out in pounds so if you're in US you actually get a bit more money than if points went straight to dollars).
