I emailed asking for the $34 membership fee to be refunded, expecting it to be a few days before I even got a response, but literally 5 minutes later I got an email back saying that the $34 transaction was canceled and would be refunded.SCAM! DO NOT GET SUCKED IN! I was told it would just be a $1 fee for a question, and they told me it was no commitment and I wouldn't be charged more.
2. The "contact us" link is brokenRipoff! Don't ask a question, don't give them ANYTHING! They will tell you that you that it's a $5 charge to post your question/pass it along to an expert, but they'll ALSO charge you a membership fee of $46 at the same time and WILL NOT REFUND IT even if you cancel the exact same day 8n way less than 24 hours!! There is NO trial period!! You're much better off contacting a lawyer/attorney/expert in your area and getting a FREE consultation without strings attached!Complete scam.
3. I interpreted it that I will pay $2 dollars for the initial interaction and then will have a choice whether to go with a monthly subscription but instead I was charged $66 (monthly subscription) right away on top of the $2! The customer service agent cancelled my subscription but refused to refund the initial fee.
4. They are making their money off the membership fees that are not explained in an obvious upfront manner.A scam!! Abigail was dismissive of the fact I was charged $46 when the site advertised $5.
5. When I realised this was charged I cancelled my membership and asked for a refund or reimbursement.
6. She put the blame on me when clearly this is a recurring issue! Then she ended the chat saying I didn't respond but it wasn't even 2 minutes after her last message and I was in the middle of typing a response.
7. Very disappointing, and scammy, would never use this service again.IT'S A SCAM The undisclosed membership fee is now $46 (plus the bait and switch $5 account creation fee -- GTFOH).
8. I've cancelled my membership but there's no way that I can find customer service to get refunded as I had the membership less than 12 hours.
9. I didn't even have anything address this extra fee before hand so they charged without consent.My experience was good until I checked my debit card.
10. As other people said, JustAnswer lures you in with a $1 fee and then charge an additional $34; however, I immediately noticed this and canceled my subscription within 10 minutes.
11. I waited over 20 minutes for the first response and only got a generic answer that didn't even address all the problems.

You have contacted me and despite my requesting you stop a member of you staff is refusing to remove your entry into my iPhone unless I pay £33.00 and allow him remote access to my iPhone which I will not comply so he has dissconnected contact and left the page of contact open. I stating that I neither wish your services and please do not contact me further.
