Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Q&A Issues
1. Fix Q&A Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Q&A: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Q&A App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Q&A" » Open Q&A - Get answers for any ques » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Q&A » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Q&A - Get answers for any ques app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Q&A servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Q&A - Get answers for any ques" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Q&A app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Q&A might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Q&A. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Q&A then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Q&A not working

- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Q&A be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
