Eureka Customer Insights

1. There were a few times when the app led me to a survey that was part of a system of surveys that would bridge to another after "unfortunately, you are not eligible".They paid me, which is more than I can say for some survey apps, it was really quick, in minutes.

2. It's legit but time-consuming as well as not entirely valid, as several times, I answered a lot of questions and then it states "survey no longer available." There were several instances where the app listed one length of time for completion, but then led to a survey that listed even longer time.

3. Their client didn't confirm it.Upset that my app is constantly freezing, making it unable for me to complete any surveys efficiently, causing me to miss out on extra change.

4. I get through more then 98% of the survey, and suddenly... Poof! I get a grey screen error, or the screen freezes and when it comes back, the survey is gone and my account hasn't been paid.

5. The only reason it's only 4 stars is because of the frustration of, sometimes the surveys don't register I've been on this app for three days and it has happened three times on day two.

6. I contacted support and they gave me about half the credit for one survey, I didn't write a ticket on the other two, because it's not worth the hassle.

7. so far no other issues, but I am new to the app so ill be back to update my review once I've successfully cashed out with no issues.One of the main problems i have with it is that there is not a way to distinguish surveys.

8. No automated response will change my mind either.There are way to many surveys that don't load up correctly, no explanation for why surveys are locked and how to unlock them.

9. Edit:since after the new years there have been an influx of surveys and most surveys are just better taken through desktop than mobile.

10. one irritating flaw is when typing in the designated box to give my survey answer, the app will not conform to the keyboard settings that I have in place on my phone.

11. 🤷I gave two stars because it does pay, but it always declined my surveys right at the end so that they only have to pay 2¢ instead of the advertised amount.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Eureka Issues

1. Fix Eureka Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Eureka: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Eureka App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Eureka" » Open Eureka: Earn money for surveys » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Eureka » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Eureka: Earn money for surveys app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Eureka servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Eureka: Earn money for surveys" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Eureka app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Eureka might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Eureka. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Eureka then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Eureka not working


2. Fix Eureka Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Eureka be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Eureka not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Eureka may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • TO whom it may concern, I cash out the sum of $9.05 to my PayPal on 12/26/23. I have not received my payment. I've sent numerous emails on the app support up to this day and haven't received no response. I've been a customer since June of 2023. I rely on this payment, it's what I use to purchase necessities for my home. Please look into this matter for I need my payment a.s.a.p.

  • I recently did a payout and for some reason it sent it to a PayPal account I didn’t enter (and I don’t think even exists). I have had previous payouts so I do not know why it all of a sudden defaults to a random account I didn’t enter. How do I get appropriately paid for my work in the correct PayPal account?

  • The Eureka app try to misspell my email address on purpose whenever I was cashing out $10. I did not cash out but it will not let me correct the email address. I know I entered the email address correctly because I got an email in my mailbox from Eureka. Now I would like to know why my email address was purposely changed so that I could go ahead and send it to an invalid email and never received my money? Fortunately I caught it and seen it before I submitted anything but I think this is lousy in a cheap scam

  • I cashed out at 12:09 on Thursday 6/9/22. Upon looking up my PayPal account I notice their was no money put towards my card. I received an email saying a Transaction ID 7NA15025PE8391903#. The amount to be deposited is $10.02. My last four of my card is 9014. Please compare this info with what you have and please get back InTouch so this issue can be dissolved

  • I was doing a survey and had to leave it for a bit. When I reopened the app it asked me to sign up or login I couldn’t do either. I deleted the app and tried again. I didn’t have any luck. Is it possible for you to advise me on what to do. Thank you for your time.

  • I have took a 12 cent survey like I literally took the whole thing and as I was done with the survey I didn't get my reward!! And everytime I click on a available surveys sometimes it just freezes on a plain white screen like what's up with that?? Please fix it and then sometimes whenever a survey is available I click on it for me to take but the whole survey just closes afterwards like if a survey is not really available why even show it?? Please get that fixed too!! I'm taking these whole surveys and is not getting my rewards for some of them please get that fix and oh sometimes whenever I'm in a middle of a survey sometimes it'll just freeze while I'm in the middle of the survey please get that fixed too you guys needs some fixing to do on this ass ASAP!!
