1. Opens another tab in the browser and doesn't load a page.Could more easily just keep using Chrome, there is zero benefit to this app, nothing like biometric login, or even a way to login from the app at all, the QR Code or Access code just directs you to the proper web portal.

Useless garbageI'm having a difficult time with this app it's just impossible to figure it out or time I click on to it sends me somewhere else and then I click on it again it takes me to Google Play and it says to download I already downloaded it I just want to get to where I need to get this is no helpThis app is redundant.

3. By the time you get access code you time out of current page so you have to try another code that takes forever to get.

4. Literally make any URL QR, scan it and the app will open the page.Download the app fine, it asks for a code under the setting button, and there is no such thing.

5. I looked everywhere for the code on Questco web account settings and couldn't find it.The app is just fine.

9. This is the most idiotic app I have seen in a very long time.The install and open went well, meaning it opened in the app.

1. Fix PrismHR Employee Portal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PrismHR Employee Portal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PrismHR Employee Portal App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PrismHR Employee Portal" » Open PrismHR Employee Portal » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PrismHR Employee Portal » click "UPDATE".
