1. Always have a problem when trying to pay (blocked my account) and now even trying to transfer my money out of this App, it keeps rejecting my login and saying my internet is not working while I can use with other Apps.

2. Tried to send my money from payroll to bank keep saying time error more that 20 times.Satisfactory. Gave up after getting notifications, tapping them, and then not able to find them in the app.

3. Why I don't like it? Because this app now design for higher mobile series... Are you give up for other lower mobile customers? When I try to launch this app, just give the crack jump out to home screen and my phone restarts!!! I hope you can fix soon...One of the worst app ever, honestly if I don't have to get my salary through that app I would never download it in my phone.

4. Their bank will charge the money as usual, but you will not receive the payment.Just arrived Cambodia, downloaded this Apps and instantly regret.

6. When i pay for food delivery with ABA it is just press the button, with Pi I have to enter phone number, receive a long code by text and put that in and then also enter my pin.

1. Fix Pi Pay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pi Pay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pi Pay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pi Pay" » Open Pi Pay » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pi Pay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pi Pay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pi Pay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pi Pay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pi Pay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pi Pay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pi Pay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pi Pay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pi Pay not working

2. Fix Pi Pay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pi Pay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pi Pay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pi Pay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
