1. I hope you could notice meeeesBest app lock application ever...I liked it very much... But sometimes it will not unlock by fingerprint scan, we have to enter the passcode to unlock... Excluding that it's awesome app.I used the previous version, but for some reason on my phone the lock screen wont show so whenever my phone turns on, there is no lock screen to protect from other people, but the locked apps still require a password.Stop showing overview app... when someone open a app which protected by pin genie & he/she don't know the password... if he/she press the overview button on mobile screen then it showing all the locked apps front page ... & read all the things & see all the images... please solve it PIN Genie.....I can't give my opinion because I haven't finished with setting it up because I don't think this app needs to know my locations.

2. You can lock individual apps and even settings however you can not lock the home screen so anybody can still unlock the phone just not the locked apps.

3. Developer can you please tell me why it needs my location?Overall pg app vault is perfect for all apps and hiding photos videos.. but plss add option of hiding applock icon fron screen this will be more safe.

4. I will be uninstalling until they updated the Lock ScreenAs it showing it is not taking selfies after wrong attempt as older version is good than this new version .

5. No Homescreen Lock I used the original version for years until it just disappeared from my phone.

6. And sometimes fingerprint is not working we have to give pin to unlock the app so kindly check on this and provide some better update on versionI would like to suggest that please turn off the vibration whenever unlocking.

1. Restart PIN Genie Vault- Applock, Hide: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PIN Genie Vault- Applock, Hide App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PIN Genie Vault- Applock, Hide" » Open PIN Genie Vault- Applock, Hide » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PIN Genie Vault- Applock, Hide » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PIN Genie Vault- Applock, Hide app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PIN Genie Vault- Applock, Hide servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PIN Genie Vault- Applock, Hide" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PIN Genie Vault- Applock, Hide app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PIN Genie Vault- Applock, Hide might not work.
