The process for touching up the scans is also great and helps when scanning documents that are oddly shaped, have curled edges, and so forth, and allows you to make corrections when you are not able to hold your camera perfectly parallel to the surface being scanned.I've been using this app for years.

2. I can scan things just fine, but when I click the 'Send to PDF' option, it creates an email, and appears to show the attachment with the email, but when I click the 'Send' button on the email, it sends without the attachment.

3. I learned not to manipulate them on my phone (changing files names, for example) because the changes are held in a properties file for each document, and therefore not "sticky" when I move the files.You do have to buy the paid version, but I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

1. Fix TurboScan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TurboScan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TurboScan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TurboScan" » Open TurboScan™: PDF scanner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TurboScan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TurboScan™: PDF scanner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TurboScan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TurboScan™: PDF scanner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TurboScan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TurboScan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TurboScan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TurboScan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TurboScan not working

2. Fix TurboScan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TurboScan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TurboScan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TurboScan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
