1. She thought that these apps I had been sampling were just entertainment, she said, and I quote, " I never thought that sound waves could do that,...". So even a skeptic can love it!Ok, so liking it so far, straight forward layout, good choice of beats, room for more, really like ability to adjust volume on both beat and background music, I would suggest some more background like nature sounds, waves, rain, Forrest, minus the howler monkeys.
2. Nice work! bought the ad free version immediatelyđź‘ŚAwesome! Clear easy interface, clean and uncluttered that just plays the binaural frequencies and tells what they're for - you'd think that wouldn't be complicated, but it took me a while to find, and this app is it! A few nice optional bg music tracks, but also will play in bg behind another auditory app so I can use any music or guided meditation I like - amazing, didn't think that would work! I like the breathing guidance too.
3. Edit: I have some really nice meditative music and would love the option to select from my own music files rather than the limited app selection.Great app! I especially like the ability to create my own library of binaural tones.
4. Speaking of ad the ads aren't too intrusive either.love the interface, simple to use and can stack with other apps like music or ambient sounds.
5. Highly recommended for meditation, as it drowns or background noises, provides auditory focus, and helps time breaths in an analog fashion, similar to the ticking of a clock, but not as annoying.
6. I would like a button to jump into The relaxing sounds app, more breath options with realistic breath sounds and the ability to adjust the inspiration, hold, and exhale time.
7. Outside of that, this is the best overall binaural app I've tried, and there have been many.Nice. Clean UI, Simple and straightforward to use - my sleep has improved - but there really needs to be a stop/restart button.
8. And you can't beat free! Download it now and start creating your own library of binaural beats.Very good app.
9. Previously gave this 3 stars because, for me, the visuals on the timed sessions wouldn't show the progress when changing frequencies.
10. And as someone who's been studying binural beats for the past 2 years these seem good quality.
11. The sounds for the breaths as they are are actually disturbing and interfere with meditation in my estimation.
