3. It's not a big deal since it's family, but it could be a problem if someone I didn't know were able to access my account.I have been using this app since it became available to me well over 7 years ago.

4. Horrible Design! Horrible Navigation! Horrible New Interface! How can we get the older version interface that works? The version that worked great was the one Pictured right on Google Play store.

5. When the app is working properly, it's fine, but when it's taking me forever to sign in at work & it keeps kicking me out, what's the point? Also, I've uninstalled & re-download it many times, so it's not on my end.

6. Problem is it will not keep my password (Google Password Manager has the correct user and password saved) and reverts to my user name as password and many times will reject my fingerprint.

1. Fix Time4Care Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Time4Care: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Time4Care App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Time4Care" » Open Time4Care » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Time4Care » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Time4Care app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Time4Care servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Time4Care" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Time4Care app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Time4Care might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Time4Care. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Time4Care then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Time4Care not working

2. Fix Time4Care Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Time4Care be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Time4Care not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Time4Care may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
