1. Like the price change tab is so complicated hotel owner gets frustrated while changing price and it is so long.

2. Need not Need to install but doing work is mendotry so liable to install Otherwise better to do throw your phone in dustbin while using this app in mobile Regularly hanging and need update.

3. There is not option of screen shot attachment Otherwise I also attached thisThis app is not working properly, too slow to use .when i trying to open this app it takes 1 to 2 minutes to open this is totally disgusting.

4. This is mainly done so that hotel owner don't use the price change tab.

5. Everytime the app starts from starting even when you minimize it and back again.Worst app ever seen in play store history Need 20 times updates in a single day.

6. Earlier oyo-os had the simplest and easy price change option.

7. Phone registering was stucked as I was unable to change the phone country code in the setting.

8. Most lagging app I have ever seen, battery draining app which can drain your full battery within 50mins when without this app your phone can be used for a whole day.

9. Please add the "Hotel Collected" amount for checked-out bookings for today, yesterday, this month etc, just like it was in the Oyo Owner App.

10. Some function in this app is auto like booking is auto checked-in any time and then no option to remove from in house section.

11. Please fix these issues urgently to make the app useful.The old app was exellent, why change it to this horrid, inconvenient one, not user friendly at all.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Co-OYO Issues

1. Fix Co-OYO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Co-OYO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Co-OYO App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Co-OYO" » Open Co-OYO » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Co-OYO » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Co-OYO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Co-OYO servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Co-OYO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Co-OYO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Co-OYO might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Co-OYO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Co-OYO then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Co-OYO not working


2. Fix Co-OYO Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Co-OYO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Co-OYO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Co-OYO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
