1. I called to customer care at 12am they told me to hold the call, but they put my call on waittinng for 15-20min twice, lastly i had to book another after reaching there.If playstore had option to rate in minus(-) i would rate it -10/5 star becoz i booked hotel and paid online but when i reach at destination No hotel was there of that name...even not in area.
2. And customer care is also pathetic, blatantly lying to customers for the refund which they never process.Really bad experience , The systems are not capable of reflecting payment at hotel end on time and I ended up paying to the hotel , when it didn't reflect after long time ,I tried cancelling cause I have paid the hotel in cash , and neither the cancellation happened from oyo end neither I receivwd any refund, and they putting in on policies , and that the hotel is denying.
3. I booked one hotel , and at night journey just 8 hrs before check in at 12am they called me and told that your booking was shifted to another hotel, that was very worst and not convinient for me.

Support group completely helpless as they don't know anything outside the "script" provided.If I have any options for give ratings less then this, I will definitely do that, Oyo is not it's state of mind, it's only a app for finding a hotel near you nothing else, otherwise whenever you call them they will not pick up, after this you have to talk to direct hotel, oyo is showing any amount of a room whenever you go to the hotel, they said it's not right, we are not giving any room at this price you have to pay double otherwise we don't have any room, the charge extra for AC.
5. So now you can understand how oyo earns.i had to stay in another hotel and paid double because i had no option left.It provides worst service.
6. Multiple hotel rejection in a same day even though booking done through call .
7. Then I opened the text at 9:06 PM and the link says it is expired! I called their customer care and they said my booking status is fine.
8. Hope never using OYO for booking hotel.Fraud app.
9. After reaching hotel asked for 4 time amount more for check in.
10. They started texting from 9 PM saying my hotel is being rellocated and I have to follow the link in the message.
11. Nearby hotel owner told that this hotel is too far away(25km) from here and got raid and seezed 3 year ago.
