1. Instead, they offered me a single room option that wasOyo hotels are fraud.. May be oyo app designer has good intent, but they aren't able to handle it at ground level.. Fraudster mostly hotels are.. Be careful.. I booked hotel for myself only for one night stay for exam purpose.. It was so far from exam centre.. Location was not right.. I had to face a lot problem, finally i had to cancel and book hotel offline.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I booked a room for the hotel OYO Smriti Villa Residency through this app and paid the money (682 /-).

Very worst experience ever.Worst worst worst experience of using this app.. after online payment has been done.. hotel owner don't allow check-in and asking for the payment which means they are not cooperating with the hotel owner also provides zero costumer service.. they are not at all responding for the refund.. I would like to give minus rating as it deserves if there's any option.

3. Utter waste customer service ever they are just sitting for time pass and even after that They're not refunding my amount paid instead they are shifting to another hotel.

4. I would suggest everyone not to book any hotel from this app.Used this service for the first time and it was horrible.

5. So all my friends don't use Oyo app and go directly to the hotel and book it.I recently had the misfortune of booking a hotel through Oyo, and I must say that it was a highly disappointing and frustrating experience.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OYO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OYO: Hotel Booking App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OYO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OYO: Hotel Booking App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OYO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OYO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OYO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OYO then reinstall.
