1. Which then uses multi factor authentication(Including a text message from Microsoft) all So that I can read a communication??? Seems excessive, I'll just stick to the website.If you clear app cache you can log in but have to do it every time.

1. Fix One Toyota Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart One Toyota: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "One Toyota" » Open One Toyota » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for One Toyota » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear One Toyota app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from One Toyota servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "One Toyota" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check One Toyota app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, One Toyota might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall One Toyota. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall One Toyota then reinstall.
