1. Super App , I couldn't imagine that I can create all types of payment links on an application !! I track my website's performance and daily transactions and IT GIVES DETAILED SALES REPORTS !!! I would love to thank the person who came with that brilliant Idea :DHi, please try to download the application from Play store , but unfortunately it says :" my device is not compatible with this version ".

2. Downloaded it anyway but it defaulted to Egypt.Always having issues to login, I have put everything thing and my password but still have not varified my email, always telling to varifie my e mail before I login whichI can't select my country from the app, making it difficult to register .

3. My device is ( Samsung galaxy tab e ) .Please help me with the version that can be compatible with my device.This app is giving me issues I tried logging in but they are always saying incorrect email.

4. This app is a mess.I tried to download the app using an invite link and came with a message saying "this item is not available in your country".

1. Fix OPay Checkout Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OPay Checkout: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OPay Checkout App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OPay Checkout" » Open OPay Checkout » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OPay Checkout » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OPay Checkout app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OPay Checkout servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OPay Checkout" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OPay Checkout app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OPay Checkout might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OPay Checkout. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OPay Checkout then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OPay Checkout not working
