1. Expects you to have and cook 5 different recipes per day (hard boil eggs, grill vegetables, make tofu skewers, cook long grain rice, have 3 types of nuts--in 1 day) Has you enter preferences like proteins then ignores all your preferences (I did not choose chicken since I'm a vegetarian but my recipes are filled with chicken).
2. Have been using it for some time now and am glad to report it is GREAT! The meals are delicious, the recipes - easy to implement, the exercises- easy to do and" home friendly"Highly recomI like the idea of this app.
3. Now I listen to a new article every day while traveling to work and I can say that the confidence in my nutrition knowledge has expanded. The plan is good and well worth every one of the stars, but I'd like to see more recipes.
4. I have so many recipes, diet plan, useful articles and workouts! If they have a calorie tracker that would be one of the best fitness apps!Same problems as other apps.
5. I personally do not use the workouts as I do yoga at home but I alredy made more than 10 from the recipes and everything turned out delicious!I am happy that I found the 1FF App.
6. The ones available are plentiful, however, after a few months the need for diversity kicks in.Pretty sure made the right choices but some of the food I have select was missing.
7. A sustainable change! 💚I got the app because of the meal plan, but I got really excited when I found out that the education module has audio versions too.
8. Easy to use and seems like a great app if you only cook for yourself, work from home or have an awesome office kitchen.
9. It seems that you can add extra servings when looking at the recipes but not in your grocery list or weekly planner.
10. And I love that this is a program that helps you understand why we eat things and how we can change our thought processes to make healthier choices.
11. Also if you do not care for something in one of the plan recipes you can not switch it for another.
