1. I have to now take extra time to drive to club and place myself into a potentially contaminated environment just to adjust my schedule, terrible. Not able to update class count with the latest update. Can't update class count anymore on Android with the latest versionSince the last update in the app I can't see in my Samsung 10 the availability to substitution I was doing all the updates in my phone I deleted de app and installed again and nothing.
2. Close, but not exact! In fact even when I was directed to check it, It "looked" correct! Anyways, Problem identified and corrected with excellent response and follow-up from the administrators of this app!The last few days I have not been able to update my class count.
3. Makes life on the mobile version PAINFULSince re starting at the end of June, gives "unknown" error message, even after uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, It turns out that the problem was in the settings, specifically the domain name was inaccurate.
4. I even updated the app and still unable to update the count.I have a Galaxy S10 Android phone and a Galaxy tablet.
5. Thinking that it was an obsolete domain, I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app to get updated info, but the domain name was still wrong.
6. The whole point of virtual and remote training during Covid is to mitigate risk and avoid unnecessary visits to the club.
7. My business is using the available for substitution option for all their GF Instructors and this feature does not work on my devices.
8. I don't mind it in general, but there's one EPIC flaw: they took away the color coding of the events! Like who's idea was that?? Now the entire app is white & black with orange events.
9. I need to be able to use this feature for my work and not having it work on my personal devices is very frustrating.
10. Update is Terrible! The app updated about a month ago, but it still sucks.
11. One would think with Goodlife promoting virtual and remote training that they would have made sure this app works ahead of time.
