2. It lets me reset my password, but I don't think that is the issue as I still can't login and it tells me to contact customer service.

10. The app itself is also almost completely unusable, you have to rush through and make your payments as fast as you can or the app will crash guaranteed before you can do anything.It use to be great, but now it goes through this loop of logging in constantly.

1. Fix 1FBUSA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 1FBUSA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 1FBUSA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "1FBUSA" » Open 1FBUSA Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 1FBUSA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 1FBUSA Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 1FBUSA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "1FBUSA Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 1FBUSA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 1FBUSA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 1FBUSA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 1FBUSA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 1FBUSA not working
