Track Customer Insights

1. The interface is slightly clunky, but it gives me so many options for easy ways to log that I don't care.Helpful overall in tracking caloric intake/burn, but while the food list seems pretty extensive, the exercise list seems rather limited, at least in terms of daily activities.

2. I wish it had more history, ability to look at last week or last month and see ratios of protein, carbs, fats for the whole time period.Been using this app for a few years.

3. Right now my starting weight has been changed by the system and I cannot get anybody to change it back to my original weight leaving me not to know exactly what my gains and losses are. This is a good app but it needs some refinement.

4. No drop-down list of options to choose from; just manually enter the activity, and if that exact term is not in its vocabulary, it will pick what it thinks is the closest option, but that option might not truly reflect the calories burned.

5. On the custom option, the window drops down but it's blank and there's no way to choose a date! Time to look for a new app I think.Been using this for about 6 months.

6. - sleeping is not exercise.Love this app! It allows you to put in your own calorie preference so you can lose weight at your own pace! Most other calorie counters don't do that.

7. Time to look for something more stable.Track is a good calorie tracker app, scanner works well for me.

8. Now it seems to be completely broken since the recent update and I don't like the way they changed the weight tracking charts.

9. Not happy with latest upgrade (3/2023) because the calorie counts in my recipes have gotten messed up.

10. If you go online and search the database, you can find what you're looking for and add it from there to your food log.

11. When I contacted support again they said I was not a premium member! Food is not going into the right meal that I've chosen.
