1. It's easy to use.It's great when you wanna know how much calories this exercise makes you burn but it doesn't really help if you actually wanna lose weight or have a balanced diet! Because we are human we need to eat and this app doesn't keep track of that, so unless you already have a diet plan AND you wanna do the math like hmm my meal had this much calories and I burned this much then I don't think it helps with a diet and exercise it just tells you how much calories you burn with a serten exercise.
2. I bought the full edition to support the devs because at it's core it does its main function well.I downloaded 3 of the most popular calorie tracker apps with the tag editor's choice and after 30 mins, I couldn't even get an accurate calorie burn number for all the activities in an entire day.

This is a keeper and I will continue using it.It's simple to use and does the job I use custom mode as I use a a small arm/leg bike which is not in the list, I just wish it was a bit easier to save as you can't save in custom mode until you put a time and calories burned and I don't focus on time so sometimes have to guess how long I was working out sometimes.
4. I can keep track of all the calories I burn, I can set the goal to burn as fast or slow as I want.
5. It helps me figure out how many calories I can consume daily and how many calories I need to burn daily.
6. Has almost all the activities covered including the household works which is not available in many apps and that too for free.
