1. Please help.I like app features but there is one small issue, I am using Samsung galaxy S8+ when ever I receive call when phone is locket unable to see call answer screen every time I need to unlock my phone and answer the call from notification panel.Very useful.

3. Can't believe the stock dialer doesn't allow us to show contact details on incoming calls.

4. Also, if party does not answer and you either leave a message or want to hang up, this app won't bring back the dialer and there is no way to press 1 to leave message, so the voice mail voice just keeps talking until it cuts you off.

1. Fix Call Notes Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Call Notes Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Call Notes Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Call Notes Pro" » Open Call Notes Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Call Notes Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Call Notes Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Call Notes Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Call Notes Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Call Notes Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Call Notes Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Call Notes Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Call Notes Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Call Notes Pro not working

2. Fix Call Notes Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Call Notes Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Call Notes Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Call Notes Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
