1. Wish the app would just work consistently.Wonderful app phenomenal call quality! From our experience with unified communications whenever using the mobile app bad quality or dropping calls are 99.9% of the time due to the users lack of adequate service.
2. Calls drop or they can't hear you! You dont see you missed a call, if you have a text, or voicemail until hours or days later.
3. These apps utilize your mobile data to make and receive calls, which means even if your cellular network is working fine it doesn't always mean your mobile app would be working properly.
4. Most phone calls don't ring and I only get the missed call notification.
5. Often out of nowhere the app just stops working with no warning... I'll have the app on and running then get to the office and have missed calls that didn't go through at all on the app.
6. Takes forever to show missed calls and voice mails.. Please fix this!! Important for our businesses!!Terrible app.
7. Maybe another app interfering? I found less calls drop & better communication if you turn your wifi off when using the app.
8. It does not work most of the times because it won't let me pick up incoming calls, or the caller can't hear me.
