1. I need to be able to see my work schedule.It was a great app for a while, all of a sudden it crashed and now I cant even log in to oversee my staffs work performance.

2. I cannot reset my password because when it says it will send a confirmation to my email to reset it...IT DOESN'T EVEN EXIST! I don't know why this app is being like this all of a sudden.

3. The app will load up but no stores are able to see the information in live updates..Anyone with issues beyond 4/10: NCR themselves was hit by a ransomware attack and therefore this app was ALSO AFFECTED.

4. Needs fixed asap it's been 2 weeks now.Since April 11th my experience with this app has been horrible.

5. The app worked just fine and all of a sudden I can't log into my account and it requires me to log-in by password which apparently isn't correct when I know it is exactly what I had put before.

6. Need to be fixed ASAPAllow us to put custome tiles on widget for a shortcut.

7. You guys need to fix the password change issue for android.

8. It freezes a lot and I have to uninstall it and re install it and it still does not always work.

9. It's an inconvenience because I can't track my employees status at work.

10. I can not get it to load certain features that my fellow co-worker has on his Iphone.

11. Needs to be worked on upgraded and fixed to be better.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix NCR Voyix Pulse Issues

1. Fix NCR Voyix Pulse Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart NCR Voyix Pulse: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the NCR Voyix Pulse App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NCR Voyix Pulse" » Open NCR Voyix Pulse » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NCR Voyix Pulse » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear NCR Voyix Pulse app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NCR Voyix Pulse servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NCR Voyix Pulse" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check NCR Voyix Pulse app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NCR Voyix Pulse might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall NCR Voyix Pulse. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NCR Voyix Pulse then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NCR Voyix Pulse not working


2. Fix NCR Voyix Pulse Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NCR Voyix Pulse be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NCR Voyix Pulse not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NCR Voyix Pulse may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
