With the way management is increasingly becoming more remote, Syncro's mobile app has a lot of catching up to do when compared to its competitors that have prioritized its mobile offering for some time, such as Pulseway.It takes everything good about syncro, and completely throws that out the window.
2. End up going to the site most of the time, which is a bummer for a 1-man shop on the go all the time.Useless app, the Live View SUCK, completely useless as you're limited to the use of your finger tip or a screen pen as the mouse and there is no keyboard, it basically sucks.
3. 6/14/21: Still nothing loadsThe most useful feature of the app is buggy! 9 out of 10 times when you try to view a ticket it goes to a white blank screen! Tried on both android and iOS.
4. what I noticed the most is ticket functionality, my workflow would demand that I need to be able to enter a ticket from my device and I can't.Still low functioning.
5. Apparently the developer and the people at Syncro don't use the app for remote access, or they just want to force you into purchasing SplashTop for added sales.
6. Need to know who entered a ticket, need to have remote working like all other competitors in this sector.
7. I will most likely uninstall the app since it's a useless tool to me.Doesn't work blank screen loading forever never stops spinning.
8. Ticket screen has to constantly refresh, data is inconsistent at best, and responding to tickets is not intuitive.
9. You can see tickets, but not the asset info on the ticket? You can see chats, but only after you figure out which chat is open.
10. It renders the app useless!well, this app has good intentions, but there are a ton of features that either are missing or don't work, making it very incomplete.
11. And in-between most of the time i get a recording that no one's available and if on site & leave msg won't get call back till next day too late to fix failing remotes.
