1. However, it demands location permission every time I log in, even though it clearly doesn't need location to operate just fine, including choosing a site, especially since location has nothing to do with my results.

2. This makes it impossible to print copies of results to take and share with doctors, let alone being able to see everything on a cramped little phone screen.

3. I have to tap randomly everywhere on the screen to even get any feedback... When it does respond, the screen flashes intermittently, seemingly randomly, and again, unresponsive to user input... What is going on at quest, what an unmitigated disaster!?Difficult to use, functions don't work accurately, navigation is difficult, requires potential security/privacy risks without noticeable benefit.

4. After viewing a result, going back to the list of results takes you to the top every single time.

9. Browser support no longer works so they want you to download this app just to see results.

10. I'm 71 years old! Guess how much fun it was to tap that damn calendar that many times! /sThe new design makes it hard to check multiple locations at the same time.

11. I finally register as a guest, but entering one's birthdate takes FOREVER (not kidding--try it!) If I can't make an appointment on the laptop using a browser, I know it will be a bad experience!I'm general is getting better.

1. Fix MyQuest Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyQuest: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyQuest App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyQuest" » Open MyQuest for Patients » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyQuest » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyQuest for Patients app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyQuest servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyQuest for Patients" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyQuest app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyQuest might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyQuest. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyQuest then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyQuest not working

2. Fix MyQuest Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyQuest be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyQuest not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyQuest may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
