1. ****update 2-26-23****** After being taken to the app store, I happened to click on the "open " button which in turn took me to the reset password screen.
2. Update: The 2/23 update made the app even less functional, it now crashes any time I type text to message my provider.I can no longer log in since the update.
3. I have reinstalled it more times than I can count, and now it just keeps stating that it is "awaiting approval" from my provider -- which essentially renders the account useless, as I cannot access any info.
4. It's almost impossible to access messages to my provider, and loses connections in the middle of text conversations.
5. Tech support and my provider state that the accounts are open.
6. UPDATE: App is still almost useless.In general: Slow, won't load messages, won't send without finagling.
7. The product itself is very intuitive and Greg made it clear that OhMD is eager to adapt its services to the client's needs which is so essential in the fast-changing world of healthcare.
8. It takes forever to load, it freezes repeatedly, and most of the time I can't open and close it more than once without having to restart my phone.
9. Also is there even tech support because my doctors office doesn't even have contact info for tech support.
10. Specifically: OhMD deleted my chats and can't find my provider despite a conversation that's lasted weeks.
11. Looking forward to using this app for years to comeCan't complete sign up process because I never receive a text code.
