1. Overall the app and website for professionals is not user friendly, yet they charge an obscene amount for lead buy or ad space buys.... You would think they could have some quality control with their websites and apps.Useless. Logged in during setup but just refreshes login screen upon subsequent attempts and will not open.

2. I would love to see an option to call from the native phone app or at least be able to copy and paste the number from the contacts.I think that the app is great but has the potential of doing so much better.

3. Needs to be fixed and it needs to be fixed fast.This app has so much potential! I've not noticed the lack of speed as others have reported, but the phone call system cuts out during every call.

5. The "Pro" app is 100% pointless so just use the platform on a browser.It is hard to respond to a lead if you have to keep scrolling down the lead line to respond.

7. You can't check for spelling or grammar errors because you can only see one line at a time and it is terribly difficult to scroll.

10. I have to copy and paste their contact info from my email notification and redirect them which causes missed opportunities.

1. Fix Realtor.com PRO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Realtor.com PRO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Realtor.com PRO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Realtor.com PRO" » Open Realtor.com PRO » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Realtor.com PRO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Realtor.com PRO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Realtor.com PRO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Realtor.com PRO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Realtor.com PRO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Realtor.com PRO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Realtor.com PRO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Realtor.com PRO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Realtor.com PRO not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Realtor.com PRO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Realtor.com PRO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Realtor.com PRO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
