1. Will you be bringing it back? If it's there and I'm completely missing it, please let me know! I hope to be able to update this review with a higher rating if this top Homesnap feature is re-instated.Completely worthless for an agent.

2. Not very useful.It was fine until the last update now it wont let me sign in and keeps redirecting me to the website taking me out of the app each timeThis app no longer works! Should have left it as home snapp.Poor app movement.

3. Nice try, you gotta do better than this.While searching specific locations from across the Country, UNLESS you tell the App Up-Front your own existing area, the App denies access by "announcing" that "The internet has lost connection." THIS (EACH TIME) is an OUTRIGHT LIE.

4. That feature on Homesnap was GOLD and I used it often - both while searching and actually visiting homes to see where the property ended as I walked around a yard.

5. The paid for services offered to agents via homesnap aren't present and when asked if those services will be retained, I can never get a straight answer.

6. It takes you away from it as though you need to register again and then you'll see the Member Sign in option if you tap on the "house" icon.

7. It begs the question, what are we paying for?Search doesn't work, view more homes doesn't work.

8. but if you're wanting new listings that aren't on other apps you may find them here.

9. app just crashed orange screen onlyDoesn't allow you to sign in on the app.

10. Bummed that this app took over Homesnap and now the property lines are not viewable.

11. Manual signup didn't really work emails are nowhere to be found, even in spam.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Homes.com Issues

1. Fix Homes.com Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Homes.com: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Homes.com App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Homes.com" » Open Homes.com for Sale & Rent » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Homes.com » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Homes.com for Sale & Rent app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Homes.com servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Homes.com for Sale & Rent" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Homes.com app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Homes.com might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Homes.com. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Homes.com then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Homes.com not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Homes.com be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Homes.com not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Homes.com may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
