1. Im disappointed and confused, why was the original search platform changed anyway? The new one is zero in comparison to what was 10/10 search!I've been using this app for years now but all of a sudden I can no longer get street view! This is really frustrating as I like to see what the property looks like from the front plus surrounding houses... this can make a difference in whether the property is worth a look or not.. especially based on it's surroundings.. this is extremely frustrating to say the least!Garbage website, clunky app.

2. It's extremely annoying when applying for houses is the highest priority.Mostly great but you really need to add "Don't Show" or "Not Interested" feature so we can get search to stop showing properties that aren't suitable.

3. bring back easy search with surrounding suburbs... waste of time, takes time and most like myself just give up and go to Google looking up for buying property.

4. It would be great if I opened a property, it said 'enquired' but then also had the history so I don't have to ask the price again and againThe app was working fairly well for the first month but now it won't allow me to make changes to profile info.

5. FIX IT.After the latest update, whenever I click on the "View property details" link on the promo emails, the app opens but does not take me to the property but to the search tab.

6. So many good overseas real estate sites (FINN, RightMove) but REA hasn't attempted to learn from the best.Put in a price guide of $750- in a particular area for a rental & some properties aren't showing up even though I know the properties are being advertised.

7. It is frustrating because In search I cannot even search by property address.

8. It would also be great to have some kind of inbox within the app attached to the property ad, I am constantly searching my inbox to see if I have already enquired about a property previously.

9. Domain app is much better witg the same set of listings.Previous app had vast search finder without narrowing down and look all over again for another area suburb etc.

10. Many listings without property size or a floor plan - REA should require this.

11. I'd love the dots to turn grey once I have tapped them and read the basic info, because some I don't need to go right into to know they aren't suitable.

1. Fix realestate.com.au Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart realestate.com.au: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the realestate.com.au App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "realestate.com.au" » Open realestate.com.au - Property » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for realestate.com.au » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear realestate.com.au - Property app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from realestate.com.au servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "realestate.com.au - Property" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check realestate.com.au app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, realestate.com.au might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall realestate.com.au. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall realestate.com.au then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing realestate.com.au not working

2. Fix realestate.com.au Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make realestate.com.au be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to realestate.com.au not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, realestate.com.au may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
