Why should I report an Issue with REALTOR.ca - Discontinued?

2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Canadian Real Estate Association to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Hitting the back button should cause the list to minimize, returning it to a map view.Awful. The search function is essentially useless.

2. I search for my city, and then I'm shown a map of north america... and have to keep clicking down to make the map smaller, and hope that I didn't click tok far from my city.

3. Absolute garbage.Feature that should be added, when you click on a bubble of several listings on map view it opens a list view of them.

4. Hitting the back button while browsing a list of homes clears your search.

5. The scroll with filters at the bottom of the screen (when looking at search results on map) is laggy and glitchy.

6. I'd love an additional filter by square footage of the property! On the plus side, the property details overlay over the map view works well, and when moving around in the map view it loads smoothly.Pretty, but three problems: 1.

7. You can only look at 1 photo at a time (no collage), and swiping the photos is flaky where it often doesn't register that you want to see next photo.Basically unusable.

8. If you type a city, the map doesn't zoom into it; shows you entire North America.

9. So if you're looking for a home away from your GPS location, you need to start a new search each time.

10. You cant even copy any writing to search the listing to get a web link.

11. For example, it doesn't remember the search region, nor is there a way to set it.

1. Fix REALTOR.ca Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart REALTOR.ca: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the REALTOR.ca App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "REALTOR.ca" » Open REALTOR.ca - Discontinued » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for REALTOR.ca » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear REALTOR.ca - Discontinued app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from REALTOR.ca servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "REALTOR.ca - Discontinued" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check REALTOR.ca app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, REALTOR.ca might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall REALTOR.ca. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall REALTOR.ca then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing REALTOR.ca not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make REALTOR.ca be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to REALTOR.ca not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, REALTOR.ca may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
