1. With issues from syncing bills, biller login issues, canceled payments, and poor support, I can't recommend it to anyone.
2. Currently looking for other apps.This app has become useless and more of a headache than anything AND costly! Can never stay synced with my bills to provide accurate and timely information.
3. And yes, you can make manual bills, but at that point you may as well just use a calendar.Love this app to help me make sure all my bills are paid and to budget at any time.
4. My breaking point was a payment that kept failing with the same card that successfully worked on all other bills.
5. You have to go into the app to start a chat before you're told there's a problem.Multiple accounts syncing issues.
6. It's not helpful managing money and bills when you can't see your money accounts, and you can't pay bills because they don't update.
7. Do NOT try to pay your bill the day off (also when you MAY actually receive a notification of bill due) because when it doesn't go through and you aren't notified, you miss the deadline and then are charged late feeThis app sucks! I'd give it a 0 if allowed.
8. I wish these issues would get fixed before I get so frustrated that I uninstall the appPrism used to be good, I've recommended it to everyone since I started using it in 2017.
9. Only wish is that some of my bills did not need to be manually added for no current coverage (YouTube, Google Fi, Evergreen Power).
10. I used to love this app, but I'm abandoning it due to WAY too many late fees associated with not being able to link anything and missing payments until I'm notified by the company.
11. Always seems to be at least one biller with issues causing me to be late or miss a payment.
