Userfeel Customer Insights

1. Is it legit app or what?I'm a fan of testing websites, buuuttt I have an android phone, so when I try to take a test using my android phone starting sampling recording 'an error occured while starting the recording'.

2. However after completing the review, my video has been stuck on 90% uploading the past 2 hours.I tried to do the initial test and on two occasions it failed after I had spent 20 minutes each session.

3. I have an android phone and when ever I receive an email for a test on the app it doesn't show up.

4. I've sent in an email to support but there has been no response for over a week.So far I haven't had an issue with taking the tests on my laptop and receiving my pay.

5. I had no problem logging into the app.The app design has not much, only 1 page for "available test" + 1 button to log out.

6. Thanks so far as the tests I get paid for, work on my Windows laptop, and the only problem is with the phone tests and the uploads.

7. I guess it's not compatible, though its not an IOS I guess apple phone test.

8. Yep, try different colors tho 🤭🤔This app functioned well when I took an unpaid test.

9. I exited and restarted the task 4 times and finally I had to Google the site and used the Chrome browser to complete the review.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Userfeel Issues

1. Fix Userfeel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Userfeel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Userfeel App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Userfeel" » Open Userfeel » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Userfeel » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Userfeel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Userfeel servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Userfeel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Userfeel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Userfeel might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Userfeel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Userfeel then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Userfeel not working


2. Fix Userfeel Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Userfeel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Userfeel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Userfeel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
