1. But the 4 star would have been a 5 otherwise it's just I like to leave room for for Improvement, as I do not believe in perfection.Update: was finally able to open account but the money I deposited was transferred back supposedly (without any authorization)...however it's not in my sending account.

2. After I posted the above, the developer responded on here "Please check your in-app chat for a message from our team." When I logged into the app it said I had a message waiting for me, but when I clicked on it I got "Something went wrong Couldn't load your conversations"I had this account for years.

3. Monthly statements do not come out until the 4th of the month, so even reconciliation of your account needs to be delayedTo be fair I made my original deposit and there have been no problems.

4. Make sure to move your money out before they randomly suspend your account or it's held hostage until they send it via check a month later.

5. Check deposits take forever to be credited into the account, at least 5 business days which is always over a weekend unless your deposit was on a Monday, so add those 2 extra days to the 5.

6. A customer wrote me a bad check, and this group closed my account without notice.

7. So it's just lost in cyberspace I guess! Very little help from customer service and none at all from other account.

8. Here we are about 3 weeks later, I received a check for the balance on my account.

9. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT! When I first got this app & opened an account, I thought it was great for me as a freelancer.

10. Constantly threatening to close account over any transactions every other month.

11. Pending transfers are not reflected in the account balance, so it is easy to send more than you have.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix North One Issues

1. Fix North One Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart North One: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the North One App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "North One" » Open North One - Business Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for North One » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear North One - Business Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from North One servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "North One - Business Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check North One app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, North One might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall North One. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall North One then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing North One not working


2. Fix North One Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make North One be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to North One not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, North One may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
