When something does get flagged and a hold put on my card it would be nice to get a notification from the app when it happens rather than finding out the next time I make a purchase.It is very professional and easy to work with and has an amazing safety lck so everytime you close the app is signs up out, so evtime you re-open the app you have to put your username and password to make sure knowone can get in without knowing the username and password.Would be better if you could flag a suspicious transaction on the drop box by the transaction where it says details instead of going to the bank in person or by phone call explaining suspicious activities on the account and have a section where you can communicate with the bank on the app kinda like what chime has on their banking app where you can report suspicious activities yourself that you spot on the banking app but otherwise this app is...
2. EXCELLENT monitoring and security! Everything I could hope for in an online banking app! I can check my balance quickly, pay my bills and even get my statements quickly and easily! I love this app and this credit union!I like everything about the app, except the deposit mode, it's very glitchy, and right now for the past 6 weeks I have been unable to deposit a check, it keeps saying retake the picture.
3. However this past weekend which was July 4th (so they had extended closures) and due to no fault of my own, a fraud hold was placed on my card.
4. It does close down when i am not yet ready, but other than this, it seems quite nice.Easy to navigate.
5. Infuze has to change the customer # on file with fraud services.
6. But I like the access, it's very quick.Network Connectivity Error: Server cannot be reached at this time.
7. Needs a link to fraud division so I can quickly let them know if a charge they flagged is really me or is fraudulent.
8. Fraud services did not.I was told Bitcoin is now used at my bank.
9. I haven't needed them, for the most part, they hold my money.
