1. But it is a pain to get into it ...fingerprint recognition is on first screen, but doesn't work..so it must be deactivated then reactivated then used to access the login screen where you have to enter your password every single time.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mercury Cards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mercury Cards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mercury Cards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mercury Cards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mercury Cards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mercury Cards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mercury Cards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mercury Cards then reinstall.
