Patient Cloud Customer Insights

1. I stayed up tonight just to check if the notification works and it does but it certainly isn't convenient.Worked fine other than not getting notifications at one point, then they started working again.

2. For the past week I get daily notifications reminding me to complete my diary which was already doneApp notifications are hit and miss; mostly miss.

3. Suddenly I stopped getting notifications when I had a new diary to complete.

4. It notifies of a diary entry being ready sometimes, then just stops sending notifications.

5. I don't know if I have a diary to complete unless I open the app to check and I have missed several because I can't remember to do this all the time.

6. Update 06/13/23: update still doesn't work on Android 13 🤦 ♂️ Update 06/23/23: yet ANOTHER update without simple permission fix to support Android 13...This app doesn't work.

7. Very easy to use & navigate thru app.Works OK, however, the notifications are set to Midnight and I can't change that as far as I know.

8. I had a complicated series of cell phone snafus and it was sufficiently difficult to get back in that i am quite confident neither the phone theif nor a hacker could successfully access medical records (not that id care).

9. The requirement to complete the diary entry only on that day, and in a set time frame, in unrealistic.

10. My notifications are turned on, and I get them from every other app, so it's not my phone.

11. There are no listed "help topics" to aid in troubleshooting of problemsIncredibly reliable, easy to use, maintains very high level of security.
