1. It didn't used to do this, I got an update one day and it's been like this since! Please help, as I really want to love my watch again.7/14/2019 **update about getting rid of train whistle** settings - notifications - all the way at the bottom "disconnect reminder" move ball icon all the way left and it will turn off.

2. I am really annoyed that it keeps popping up a notification every time I turn my phone to landscape and back and sometimes it's just random.

3. I can't seem to find anywhere to turn that off and it's a real PITA because it keeps my phone from pairing with my car, my headphones, speaker or any other Bluetooth device.

4. Tracking over time is my goal, so now I am worried I wasted a couple of years worth of data and will have to start using a new app :-(.For the price of the wristband it's ok.

5. If I wake up during the night for more than 15 minutes it only records sleep time from when I go back to sleep, so showing I slept only 3 hours, or whatever, which isn't accurate.

6. I will uninstall this app for good this timeI like my watch that uses this app and the app itself is fine but somewhere in your permissions it allows itself to turn off the Bluetooth if you're not wearing the watch.

7. 🙄 I have to force stop the app any time I take the watch off to charge.From 5 down to a 2..... The app just keeps notifying me of itself.

8. But if you manage to connect the watch and you're OK with manually refreshing pages then the app is decent.For the price of the watch (less than $50), it works pretty well.

9. Just put it at 0%The app works as advertised, but I am moving phones and cannot figure out how to export the history into the new phone.

10. The problem is draining my power and causing glitches, as every time it does this I'm forced to swipe away the announcement before returning you what I was doing.

11. I don't know what happened but I am now deleting it and that means my watch won't work.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FitCloud Issues

1. Fix FitCloud Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FitCloud: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FitCloud App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FitCloud" » Open FitCloud » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FitCloud » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FitCloud app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FitCloud servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FitCloud" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FitCloud app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FitCloud might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FitCloud. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FitCloud then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FitCloud not working


2. Fix FitCloud Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FitCloud be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FitCloud not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FitCloud may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

This is the 2nd time I could not log on, and had to close the app and reload it. Each time it refuses to accept my log on. Then I lose all my data. Please help. Roy
