1. So I have missed days of results that it doesn't apparently save because I didn't open the app on the phone every single day 🤦 ♀️ while this watch has more vitals it monitors ... at least my old watch recorded & stored my stuff for a few days.I've been using this app for several months now with the Morepro watch.

2. The app shows different number of steps (7735 on watch 2300 on app), none of the fitness data synchs with Google fit and those are the main reasons to have it.

3. The most annoying is that it no longer syncs with Google fit, so the data gets from my watch to the app, but doesn't get from the app to Google Fit, despite several attempts to uninstall and reinstall or restart each of them and resync.

4. Able to track workouts on the watch but they're never surfaced into the app, and I can't use the app to identify "this time period was an activity" retroactively and label it.

5. There've also been a couple of days lately where the steps aren't counted.My sister got me this watch because my old one sucked.

6. If those don't work the app is basically nothing more than to switch watch face.Does some weird stuff.

7. I absolutely love the watch and was pleasantly surprised by this app, but lately there have been a number of issues.

8. Which seems to work perfectly fineNice watch ... like the features ... not a fan of the sync / connection.

9. And for some reason, my other 3 verses that I had never had that problem so I think there was an issue with specifically that watch but I decided to cancel fit bit altogether.

10. The weather on the watch doesn't consistently stay up to date and I don't know why.

11. It is at the low end of the fitness watch scale so I guess that is to be expected but this app is just plain useless.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FitCloudPro Issues

1. Fix FitCloudPro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FitCloudPro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FitCloudPro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FitCloudPro" » Open FitCloudPro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FitCloudPro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FitCloudPro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FitCloudPro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FitCloudPro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FitCloudPro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FitCloudPro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FitCloudPro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FitCloudPro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FitCloudPro not working


2. Fix FitCloudPro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FitCloudPro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FitCloudPro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FitCloudPro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

The notification sounds keep going thru my watch instead of my phone even though I have them turned off. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the FitCloudPro app, unbinding and binding my watch to the app, and turning my watch off and it still reverts back to the sound going thru my watch. Please advise. Thank you.

I cannot change the watch face. When I go to ‘watch face’ the screen is blank, occasionally it states that it cannot connect to the server. I have tried Resetting the watch Reinstalling the app Resetting my iPhone Nothing has worked. Can you advise me what to do? Many thanks, Sarah

I am questioning if I can have multiple watch faces of my choice? I have been successful changing one watch face, but I can not change the other watch face settings (There are 9 different watch faces I can go through on the screen- only 1 allows me to change the face). I have a G36 smart watch.

Hi Im unable to get email notifications on my Xiaomi 11t. Gmail is the default email app(ive checked). I see the notification appear on the phone. I have given all permissions to fitcloudpro, and reinstalled the app. What else can i do? Thanks

Generaly connected Zeblazed GTR 3 Pro with Fitcloud Pro is a mess. Loosing connection with Bluetooth evey 15 minutes , Weather in order to work needs perodically to open app and switch on and off weather reports. AOD work only if Raze to wake is on. Very dissapointed.

I have changed my phone and since then I have been having trouble with your app. When I tried to access the watch library I got a message "network error". So I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now I cannot sign in to my account. It says "network error". I have been using this app for over 3 years and I have data stored that I would not like to lose. What can I do? Currently, I am using it as a guest. Also, I tried to register another account but I got the same message. Please help.

My husband has watch h56b and it won’t sync with the app and when we register the watch it wants a credit card and my watch doesn’t require that so why does his. Why if the goal is set at 8000 steps the watch calucate it as 1.6 miles but 2,000 sseps is 1 mile.Is there a defect possibly in the watch cause according to my watch i would have to do at least 16,000 steps to get to 2 miles.Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello app developers, FITCLOUDPRO Unfortunately two days ago even though the watch connects via Bluetooth and gives me drinking alerts, indicates sleep hours, ECG measurement It does not let me measure oxygen, blood pressure, and heart rate The possibility I had in the name of starting when I as an example came in to press the blood pressure was gone. The same goes for the other functions I mentioned. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled, but the problem still exists. I would be happy if you could help me fix this problem Thank you for a clear explanation and in English, or through a video that will explain well how to fix the problem.
