1. " Attempt to invoke virtual method boolean.java.lang....... on a null subject reference." will update review after fix Update July 29, 2021 Without subscription you cannot access your journal and there's no way to keep your measured parameters.App seems to be busted.

2. Just don't purchase the device and the premium subscription.It worked a couple of times.... I pay subscription, I get in error message.

3. Support please investigate my error message that requests me to contact you!My experience is same as some other users.

4. The yearly subscription that I habe already paid is a waste and now I am not even sure if I can use the device.The app came with a device on from Indigogo.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CLOUDMED iCARE Issues

1. Fix CLOUDMED iCARE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CLOUDMED iCARE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CLOUDMED iCARE App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CLOUDMED iCARE" » Open CLOUDMED iCARE » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CLOUDMED iCARE » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CLOUDMED iCARE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CLOUDMED iCARE servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CLOUDMED iCARE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CLOUDMED iCARE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CLOUDMED iCARE might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CLOUDMED iCARE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CLOUDMED iCARE then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CLOUDMED iCARE not working
