2. MedBridge GO gets you moving!
3. You can also set reminders, track overall progress, and view all of the Patient Education materials included by your therapist, from 3D models and explanatory exercise videos to clinician notes and PDF guides.
1. Lack of sign in profile hits hard, need to constantly type in password is something to work on, as well as lack of time managment in app.But ability to have precise instructions with videos and audio are invaluable, and overshadow all the negatives.Hands down, best recovery aid I have encountered in my life.Like it overall, but would be nice if there was a way for prescribed "holds", like "hold for 10 seconds" couldd be accounted for in the video guides, as well as being able to incorporate major position changes, like getting off the floor for an upright exercise, in some cases that may take longer than 20 seconds to do that.I love this app! I no longer have to rely on a piece of paper with step by step instructions for my PT.
2. The sound quality is great. It is impossible to do theses exercises correctly while holding a smart phone to view the videos.
3. It is great and easy with this app to keep track of which exercises are difficult or easy to do or cause pain etc .
4. Also, it would be nice if it could figure out hold exercises on its own instead of me having to pause it because the hold times and repeats add up to be greater than the timer is set to.Awful app.
5. I love that they have both photos and videos of the exercises and explanations if it's not in the system your therapist can type out specially for you.
6. Im very happy I didn't have to pay anything as a patient for using it.It's great that my therapist can update the workouts automatically, but like others said on here, there are a lot of buggy/not great features.
7. It truly makes doing my required exercises easier and serves as a great motivator.
8. I'd like to be able to track progress more accurately. It is a great tool for me and my physical therapist.
9. I like that the exercises are visual and timed, it is so much like being in a class to ensure timing and form thanks to the visual portion.
10. After one use, I will just have the app play the exercises to itself while I do my work with the printed paper guide my PT gave me.
11. What I don't like so much is it doesn't offer wheelvhair equivalent exercises for most things.
