myCloudFitness Customer Insights

1. I contacted support and have the sensor on the correct side, but it's tedious to spend 10-15 minutes attempting then not being able to connect many times which means I cannot keep an accurate log of my workouts and split times.

2. Great for forcing you to excercise more, but annoying when you're trying to monitor progress consistently.The first two days with this app were fantastic! I really enjoyed using my under desk elliptical & seeing how far I had gone in a workout session.

3. All my previously logged work outs display wrong on the reports page, and I can not find the page that displayed each individual workout.

4. Most annoying for me is that it drops while using the bike and I don't notice until I've been riding for 10 minutes.

5. -Workouts don't specify other modifications...I just want to use the cycle! -Doesn't work with other HRM devices.

6. App was mostly useless before, except for recording workouts, now it doesn't even do that correctly.Meh. Seems they cobbled this bare bones basic app together to say they had it.

7. While working out using a rowing machine the split and SPM are calculated incorrectly, when they had been working previously.

8. All my other bluetooth stuff connects.-Frequent and lengthy pairing issues, frequent disconnect.

9. Overall difficult to use, and even if it did it does not integrate with Google For other other popular programs.Update, not really.

10. I have literally tried over 10 times to connect (including clearing cache, turning BT and location on and off, and even rebooting my phone).

11. At this point it's actually demotivating since I'm not able to track how far I've gone in a day or how many calories.It looks like there are some good workouts on here, except I can't get through one to tell.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix myCloudFitness Issues

1. Fix myCloudFitness Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart myCloudFitness: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the myCloudFitness App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myCloudFitness" » Open myCloudFitness » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myCloudFitness » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear myCloudFitness app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myCloudFitness servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myCloudFitness" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check myCloudFitness app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myCloudFitness might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall myCloudFitness. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myCloudFitness then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myCloudFitness not working


2. Fix myCloudFitness Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myCloudFitness be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myCloudFitness not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myCloudFitness may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I tried to cancel my subscription on the app but it wouldn’t let me. I want to cancel my subscription and please I would like a refund as I didn’t have the money for the renewal!!
